After you create your eduConverse account, you will be able to add your physical mailing address. This address will appear in your campaigns and automation emails, usually in the footer, for recipients to see.
The address should be the physical address of the individual or company sending the email and can be a business address, a personal address, or a PO box.
Including this information on every email you send is required by law and is part of eduConverse's Anti-Spam policy.
Only a user in the Admin group can add a physical mailing address to an eduConverse account. In addition, there is no limit to the number of physical addresses you can add to your account.

Add a physical address
To add your physical address:
1. Click "Settings" on the lower left of your ActiveCampaign account.
2. Click the "Addresses" option in the left menu.
3. Click the "Add an address" button.
4. Type your physical address into the fields provided in the "Add an Address" modal.
5. Click the "Add address" button.
The address will be saved in your account and will be marked as "Default." This means that by default, this physical address will be selected to appear in your campaigns and automation emails.

Note that you can add as many physical addresses as you like, however, there can only be one default address.
Edit a physical address
After you've added a physical address, you can edit it at any time. Editing options include the address itself as well as assigning the address to a specific list(s) and user group(s).
To edit an address:
1. Navigate to the Addresses page in your account by clicking "Settings" then "Addresses".
2. Click the address that appears on the "Address" page. If you have more than one address, click the one you wish to work with.
3. The address line will expand and display the full address you submitted. From here, you can click any of the fields to edit them.
Assign a physical address to a list
If you have more than one list of contacts in your account, you can assign a physical address to a specific list(s) or all lists by clicking the appropriate checkboxes in the "Default Address for the Lists" box located on the Settings > Addresses page in your eduConverse account.
This option will appear when you click an address to edit it.
When you assign an address to a list(s), then all campaign sent to that particular list will display this physical address.
Assign a physical address to a User Group
If you have more than one User Group in your account, you can assign a physical address to that specific group by clicking the appropriate checkboxes in the "User Groups" box located on the Settings > Addresses page in your eduConverse account. This can be useful if your business has more than one location.
This option will appear when you click an address to edit it.
When you assign an address to a user group, then all campaigns sent from an account user in that group will display this physical address.
