Inline form
This style form appears embedded into the page content where you add the form code to your site. You can add additional fields to your form so you can collect more information from your subscribers.
This form style also offers five different integration options: simple embed, full embed, link, Wordpress plugin, and Facebook.
Floating bar form
This style form is a horizontal bar that sits or “floats” at either the top or the bottom of your webpage. This form can collect names, phone numbers, and email addresses from visitors.
Integration options include the simple embed code and Wordpress plugin only.
Floating box form
This form type takes the shape of a box and will sit or “float” on the bottom left or bottom right of your webpage. This form can collect names, phone numbers, and email addresses from visitors.

Modal form
This form type is a pop up that will appear on top of your webpage content. This form type is also known as a “pop up.” This form can collect names, phone numbers, and email addresses from visitors.
