Segment definitions can be viewed through a Campaign or in the List menu.
Through Lists, you can view segment definitions and the contacts associated with your segment.
Navigate to Lists:
Select your desired list and navigate to the right hand side drop down and choose Segments:
Segments will appear below the list name:
Click the desired segment name and the segment definition will appear:
To view the contacts that are a part of this segment, choose View Contacts
