This article provides a primer for navigating eduCRM using a web browser including:
Log into your account.
You will be provided an account using your email address and temporary password.
Access your account via a URL [your account name].educonverse.com (i.e., ansleycollege.educonverse.com).
The initial screen is your account dashboard, including the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
Explore Contacts
Choose the Contacts menu to access contacts records, account records, and outstanding tasks, to name a few.
Click Contacts again to access a list of contacts. From here, you can filter your list, or search for a specific contact.
To customize the Contacts screen spreadsheet view, click the Gear icon to the right hand side of your screen. Choose the fields you wish to see:
Click a Contact name to see all data fields in the Contact Detail screen. In addition to data fields, you can view and filter Recent Activities, Add a contact task, Add a contact note, or Send an email.
Explore Accounts
In the Contacts menu, select Accounts:
Your Accounts screen includes a list of organizations (i.e., high schools, colleges), the number of contacts associated with the account, and the number of contacts active within a pipeline.
The Accounts screen may be filtered by the Account Owner dropdown list, or by specific data fields in the Add a filter function.
Click an Account Name to access additional information, including contacts, notes and emails.
Explore "Deals"
From the Menu, select Deals:
From the Deal Detail screen, view and filter pipelines, and access prospects in each pipeline.
Click on a Contact record within a pipeline to see additional information:
A pipeline may be defined by enrollment term (i.e., Fall FYR 2022), a pre-enrollment stage (i.e., 02_Applicant), and a contact record (i.e., Deal).
As prospective students advance to toward enrollment (i.e., Applicant to Admitted Student) your pipelines will update automatically.
