Before you start sending transactional email via Postmark, you'll need to a prepare a campaign template in eduCRM.
You can start by converting a campaign message to a template. To do this, click the arrow to the right of the campaign you want to convert and click "Save as a template":
Once converted, go to your Campaign Templates screen and click "Edit" on the your newly converted template:
Setting the Preview Header
Since Postmark doesn't have a native way to set the preview header like campaigns in eduCRM, we need to add a text block at the top of the campaign to contain your preview header. You can set the text color and background color of the text block to white so that the reader doesn't see the preview header in the email itself:
Remove any Unsubscribe Links in the Footer
Then, you'll need to remove any "Unsubscribe" links from your footer, as this will be sent as a transactional message:
Once done, click Save and exit in the top right corner.
