1. Find the App in the CRM
Go to the Apps icon on the lefthand-side menu. Use the Search box and search for "Bonjoro." Click the App tile and Click Add an account.
Next, Authorize the connection request.
Enter your account credentials.
2. Events
The CRM will receive information regarding Events related to when a video has been opened, watched, replied to, clicked, shared, or liked.
3. Map fields from Bonjoro to ActiveCampaign
Email address is your primary field as video activity will automatically pass back.
4. Select Trigger
After connecting the Bonjoro App with your account, go to the CRM, Automations, select a Trigger, click on Apps, and select Bonjoro. 'Bonjoro Video updated' will allow you to create segments based on video activity.
5. Choose Conditions
To set up an automation, begin by selecting your conditions. For example, a condition could be: "The message template is (name of Bonjoro template) AND the watch count is greater than or equal to 1." This will trigger the automation when a video has been watched using that specific template.
6. Ideas for segmentation
Once a trigger is set up, you can segment your audience into a different automation. Additionally, you can add a tag when a specific event (e.g., a video watched) occurs.
