You can forward voice calls made to your Sakari numbers to any external number of your choice. Call forwarding can be enabled for each phone number provided by or purchased from Sakari. Each number can either be forwarded to a different external number or to the same number.
Note
Call Forwarding is not supported on numbers added to Sakari via Hosted Messaging or imported into Sakari via a number provider integration.
Configure Call Forwarding
- From the left Navigation, go to Senders
- Select the phone number that you want to forward calls for
- Click into Voice
- Click Call Forwarding
- Click Save
NOTE: Call charges apply when forwarding calls. Premium rates may apply when forwarding to a Toll-Free number
