eduPostal is able to send direct mail to contacts that are triggered via webhook URLs.
We’ve created a method to build a Triggered Drip Campaign that will process authenticated and properly formed JSON calls and generate direct mail. This enables virtually any 3rd party tool to act as a data source and workflow engine to trigger mail to be printed, sent and tracked via eduPostal.
In order to use a webhook to trigger mail with eduPostal, you first must create an “Incoming Webhook Triggered Drip Campaign“. This will generate the actual webhook URL to be used by your 3rd party tool. It will also generate an authentication key (to distinguish the incoming webhooks from your account from others).
