In Active Intelligence, assets refer to specific items from your eduCRM account, such as past email campaigns, automation workflows, or custom email templates. You can link these assets directly to your prompts and also attach external files or URLs.
By referencing an asset, you provide Active Intelligence with precise context, ensuring that it interacts with the exact item you intend. This approach eliminates guesswork, reduces errors caused by similar naming conventions, and enables more accurate analysis and content generation.
Use assets whenever you need to analyze, update, or troubleshoot specific items in your account. If you're looking for more accurate performance insights or want to streamline the process of building or modifying your campaigns and automations, referencing assets is the most reliable method for interacting with Active Intelligence.
This article will guide you on how to reference assets when prompting Active Intelligence.
How it works
When using Active Intelligence, you can reference specific assets to ensure greater accuracy. This helps avoid incorrect matches, especially when assets have similar names. By including an asset in your prompt, Active Intelligence will use the asset's unique ID to identify it.
This approach guarantees that Active Intelligence retrieves data, generates content, or takes action on the correct campaign or automation, even if there are multiple assets with similar names.
While you can still type the name of a campaign or automation without referencing an asset, Active Intelligence will rely on best-effort matching in those cases. If several campaigns or automations share similar names, this can result in incorrect outcomes. To achieve the most accurate results, we recommend referencing assets. Additionally, this method provides an efficient way to locate and refer to assets when you are unsure of the exact name.
You can add assets to your prompts by using the “@”, the “Add context” button, or by attaching a file or URL. Note that you can add more than one asset to a single prompt.
