Log into your account
In the first data entry box, type in your account name* next to where it says ".activehosted.com".
*note: you'll find your account name in the beginning of the login URL for eduCRM.
Example: accountname.educonverse.com
Enter your username and password.
Navigating the app
Once logged in, you can access Tasks, Deals, Dontacts, and Campaigns.
Tasks
"Tasks" show pending activities, such as calls, emails, or upcoming visits or virtual meetings. You can create tasks, someone on your team can create and assign you a task, or a task can be created from an automation.
Deals
"Deals" represent prospective students in varying stages of the enrollment process.
Contacts
"Contacts" allow you to access people records (i.e., prospective students, parents) or account records (i.e., high school).
Select the down arrow at the top of the app screen to toggle between Contacts and Accounts.
Click on a contact name to see the contact Details and Activity tabs:
The Details tab includes:
- Demographic information such as address, phone number or email
- Institutional data from your college's student information system
- Current enrollment pipeline
- Active tasks
- Notes
- Campaign automation history
The Activity tab includes the contact's chronological activity timeline, including:
- Automations
- Campaigns
- One-on-one emails
- Notes
- SMS
- Tasks
The activity tab shows emails the contact opened, the hyperlinks they clicked, etc.:
In the Details tab, About heading, click on All Details to see available contact data:
Accounts
The Accounts screen provides information for organizations, such as High Schools and any associated contacts, such as students attending the high school. An Account record can also include address, phone number, and URL and employees who work at the school.
Click on the name of a High School to see the Details and Notes tab.
