eduVideo allows you to record videos on-demand or prerecord and upload them. To use a prerecorded video, log into your account on the website, as this feature is unavailable on the mobile app.
Record your video and download it to your computer.
Video Specifications
Make sure you have good lighting and an interesting backdrop. Your prerecorded video should not exceed the max size of 100MB. Acceptable video formats include MP4 or WebM.
Pro-tip: If you want to take it one step further, use video editing software to add "production value" to your video with content and graphics.
How to Upload and Send a Prerecorded Video
Log into your online account.
Next, select Video messaging.
Choose a specific Workspace from the dropdown, or choose all.
Under Workspaces, select the Member dropdown list and select your user account.
Select an assigned video task for an individual student.
Next, click Record. A video recording window opens. Select Upload a video instead below the camera screen.
Drag and drop your video file on the screen or browse files to select your video.
Choose a Message template and review and update the Message text.
Preview your video message by selecting the Email and Landing page tabs.
Finally, click Send message now or choose Schedule to send later and set a date and time.
