Do you want to send a group of students one video message? With Roll-ups, you can send one message to a group of contacts on your task list.
Some things to consider before you use Roll-ups:
It’s best to use 1-1 messages for most of your videos, as this approach typically results in higher open rates and better engagement.
Be cautious with Roll-ups; sending mass identical emails can negatively affect your email reputation over time. Roll-ups are limited to 250 contacts at time.
If you do use Roll-ups, create a dedicated Roll-Up Message Template that works for more general messages, since you won’t be able to personalize the video by including the recipient's name.
Always aim to keep your videos timely and relevant. Provide context for your video–such as following up with students who recently attended your open house event. By doing so, your video indicates it’s a thoughtful, personalized message rather than a generic response.
Take Note. We deliver 1-1 video messages and Roll-ups via different servers to protect the high open rates of 1-1. Open rates on Roll-ups will be lower.
How to send a Group Roll-up video:
Log into your account and go to the MESSAGING/Send videos menu. Use the drop down to select your task list.
Use the dropdown menus to select your User account and Task List.
Select the contacts you want to "roll up" by hovering over the contact image and clicking the checkbox.
Under Group actions, the selected contacts are displayed. Click the Roll-up button.
Proceed through a five-step "wizard" to complete your Roll Up.
Step 1–Verify your contacts.
Step 2–Check names for your contacts. This step is important to ensure email personalization.
Step 3–Verify the task identifier. The identifier defines the purpose of the Roll-up video.
Step 4–Verify user assignment. Check to verify if the Roll UP is assigned to you. Use the dropdown arrow to change assignment.
Step 5–Click Create & Record to complete the wizard to move to the video upload process.
If prompted, allow Bonjoro to use your camera and microphone.
On the next screen, click Upload a video instead.
Upload your pre-recorded video by "drag and drop" or "browse" files.

Preview your template and message. Edit the message text associated with the selected Message template in the preview window.
Scroll through the tabs to preview your message Video, Email, and Landing Page.
When you are satisfied with the final video and message template, click Send message now.
Your video will upload and send.
