Video messages (Bonjoros) may be assigned as tasks through eduCRM automations or manually assigned to record and send to a contact at any time.
Suppose you speak to a student at a college fair or over the phone. Follow up that interaction with a Bonjoro to create a lasting impression!
Create a task to send a new Bonjoro to a new contact.
Click Send a new message.
Enter the contact’s email address, name, and a description of the message. Assign the task to yourself or another team member.
Next, choose to Add the task and record later, or click Record now.
If prompted, allow “bonjoro.com” to use your camera and microphone.
Record your Bonjoro with a smile and a wave. Say your contact’s name and mention that you met them at yesterday’s college fair. Leave them with a next step, such as a follow-up action from your conversation at the fair, or inform them about an upcoming visit day.
